What you do next is, you go out and find those needs. One simple way is contacting a group of people and asking them what needs they have. No matter how you got the info, what you do next is, you go out and find those unmet needs.
Once you have identified these needs, it’s time for you to start thinking about your offer or service. But you must first think about your profit center. 1) Set some realistic goals for yourself and your business.
2) Create a simple sales pitch and get someone (preferably your spouse, your friend or a stranger) to read that sales pitch to your market.
3) If your pitch is effective, create a more professional version of that pitch and send it to your market.
